Welcome to our Happy Tails page! Below you can read about some of our recently placed dogs and their new forever home.

If you adopted a NEARR dog, please send all updates along with any photos of your dog to us at PostAdoption@NEARR.com. (It's usually best for posting and privacy purposes that the photos don't include human family members.) We always like to hear how our NEARR dogs are doing and are happy to share their "Happy Tails" here for all their friends and fans to see!

Macfarland (One Year Update)

I can’t believe it’s all ready one year since we adopted Macfarland! He’s such a great dog - so loving! We have a saying around here that goes “you can’t “overlove” Mac!” He eats up all the attention he gets.

Mac is doing great and has fit into our family perfectly. Murray is so happy to have a new buddy and Mac loves to tease Murray. Macfarland loves to participate in all the events we can dream up. Last weekend we all went camping at Acadia National Park (this was Mac’s 2nd trip there) and he had a blast. I’ve enclosed photos from our adventure.

Thanks again for all the work you two do to provide a loving home for these animals so in need. Thanks again for your part in bringing Mac into our life - he sure is happy these days!
